Problem

From humble beginnings back in 2012, Synaco by Synergie is a well respected name within the blue collar recruitment market. However, Syanco by Synergie desired a bigger presence online to help prospective employers find the right employees for their business. Synaco by Synergie approached Digital Marketing Tribe to become their SEO partner and help drive high quality traffic to their website.

Our Approach

Before starting our work on this project, we conducted a thorough audit of the client’s website. During the audit, we found several areas for improvement and errors preventing the website from appearing on Google. Our team of experienced and highly skilled SEO experts then started working on optimising the technical aspects of the website, making it easily detectable by search engines. After that, we moved on to conducting keyword research and developing a content strategy to optimise the website’s content for search engines.

Results

Within the first year, Synaco by Synergie increased organic traffic from 1,000 website visits per month to 4,000. In that period Organic keywords increased from 241 to 1,040, Which resulted in 1,480 monthly Overall Conversions with 700+ Job forms submitted monthly and 500+ Job alert forms submitted monthly.
